Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to present products, features, prices and availability accurately. Images, dimensions, colors or details may vary slightly due to screens, manufacturing or production without changing the nature of the product sold.
Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in the currency of the selected market. Applicable taxes are calculated according to Shopify's active tax settings and the merchant's obligations. We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, actual product unavailability or when reasonable verification is required.
Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers enabled on the store. Payment information is subject to the security controls and terms of those providers.
Shipping and fulfillment
Orders may be prepared and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping page for applicable details.
Wellness products and use
AURUM35 products sold as training, recovery or general wellness accessories are not medical devices unless explicitly stated otherwise. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment or professional advice. Use each product according to the instructions provided and stop use if you experience unusual discomfort.
Returns
Return and refund requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds page and by mandatory rights provided by law.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, AURUM35 is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by applicable laws in Quebec and Canada, subject to mandatory protections applicable in the customer's place of residence.
